paradeReUnion Planning. Each anniversary class has a ReUnion Planning Committee comprised of elected class leadership and additional classmates who volunteer to help.  The Committee determines all class-specific activities (cocktail reception, parade, etc.) and plays a crucial role in assuring participation.  The Committee sends a minimum of three letters or postcards to their classmates informing them of the specifics of their ReUnion Celebration.  In addition, the committee makes personal phone calls and sends e-mails to encourage both attendance at ReUnion and participation in giving.

The Council meets twice / year, in the Fall and the Spring.  These meetings are mandatory for the representatives, however, all alumni are welcome to attend. Representatives must be elected into their positions, but the Office of Alumni Relations accepts nominations for these positions.
