Greenbaum has participated with the Studying Arithmetic in Literature program since her first year. She currently is the student leader at the Martin Luther King School. “Union students are good role models for the kids in SAIL, and always bring something positive to their day,” she said. “The kids are so cute, and the tutors become mentors for them.”
Originally from Kansas City, Mo., Greenbaum is also the co-philanthropy chair for Sigma Delta Tau and also participates in the Hillel Food Committee.
“One of the reasons she is such a great leader is that she is always trying to think of ways to improve the SAIL program,” said Janet Sweeney, program coordinator at the Kenney Center.
