David E. Olson '06 was recently named a finalist for the 2026 U.S. Blavatnik Awards for Young Scientists, the largest unrestricted scientific award available to early-career scientists in the country. Olson is a professor at the University of California, Davis, and director of the Institute for Psychedelics and Neurotherapeutics.
