Rebecca Parlakian '94 was recently featured in The Washington Post's article, "Babies are watching a lot of YouTube, and this expert is concerned." Parlakian is senior director of programs with the organization Zero to Three, a nonpartisan, research-based nonprofit focused on the healthy development of infants, toddlers and families.

Paleontologist Tess Gallagher '22 was recently featured in an IFL Science article, "What color was diplodocus?" She is the author of a new study about this topic in Royal Society Open Science.

Kentaro Barhydt '18, who is working on a Ph.D. at MIT, recently had a paper published in the journal Science -- “Loop closure grasping: Topological transformations enable strong, gentle, and versatile grasps.” MIT News also featured his work in the article, “Vine-inspired robotic gripper gently lifts heavy and fragile objects.”
