*Definitions:
Need-Based Financial Aid: Money awarded to a family by Union College to help pay for the cost of attending Union College. This is awarded based on the CSS Profile. This tool allows Union College private access to information a family provides about their income, assets and expenses. An assessment is made to determine the amount of money a family can pay for education. The remaining cost beyond a family's ability to pay is supported by Union College need based financial aid. The money awarded is a need-based scholarship and does not need to be repaid.
Merit Scholarships: Money awarded to a student by Union College based on their academic achievements. This is awarded based on your CSAT application and InitialView interview.
