Especially for alumni

The Union College Career Center's Parent, Alumni in Residence (PAIR) program is a way to engage with Union students and assist with preparing them for the future of work. We invite you to mentor, present on a topic, facilitate discussions, workshops and/or a combination thereof. The program allows for flexibility including in-person or virtual meetings, and group presentations or meetings with individual students, or both.

GarnetGrove is Union's new career and mentorship platform that will serve to enhance the connection between students and alumni and improve the mentorship process. We hope to empower current students to take charge of their career development by providing access to experienced mentors and valuable resources through GarnetGrove.

The Union College Career Center uses Handshake as our career management system. If you are an alum and would like access to Handshake to search for employment opportunities, request an account here.
