Nalani believes that counseling is a holistic process which is most successful when it integrates your emotional, cognitive and spiritual worlds. This gives you an opportunity to develop a path to emotional well-being by building upon your strengths and cultivating strategies to improve ways to cope with areas of concern. Therapy should help you to obtain a balance in your life and empower you to face academic, emotional, developmental and interpersonal challenges with more ease and confidence.
In her personal life, Nalani enjoys being active outdoors, working on her DIY projects and spending time with her family and friends.
