Need-Based Aid
The deadline for all aid application materials is May 2, 2025.
- 2025-2026 CSS Profile - Union's Profile school code is 2920 (To be considered for institutional need-based grant) If the biological parents of the applicant are separated or divorced, Union requires the non-custodial parent (NCP) to file the CSS Profile as well.
- 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) – Union's FAFSA school code is 002889 (To determine federal financial aid)
- Verification Worksheet - Dependent Worksheet or Independent Worksheet
- Parent 2023 Federal Tax Return and supporting schedules.
- Parent 2023 W-2 forms
- Student 2023 tax returns and W-2s may be requested on a case by case basis
- Non-custodial Parent 2023 Federal Tax Return with supporting schedules and W-2s (if applicable)
- NYS Student Aid Payment Application (ETA) For NY Residents to apply for the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) Grant - TAP application will be available once the FAFSA is available.
