What I do
I plan and oversee programs, events and outreach that cultivate and strengthen relationships with our alumni community. For example, I was responsible for organizing the celebratory launch of the largest fundraising campaign in Union's history. I did everything from designing invitations to finding a venue to booking the catering and entertainment.
Simply put, I am an event planner extraordinaire!
In addition, I have been involved in a number of special initiatives, including being a member of the COVID response team.
What I like about working at Union
There is a strong sense of community here. I love my team and other colleagues at the College. All of us are here because we see the value Union provides its students. Our work continues to make this possible now and into the future.
Since starting at Union 15 years ago, I have had a family. My children now help with ReUnion or Homecoming. They feel a part of the Union community, too.
Outside interests
I am Mom to Reagan and Rory (my cleft-lip cutie!). I also enjoy golf, running, red wine and empowering other women. I obtained a certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell University in 2018.
