Alum releases special edition of 9/11 book

Thomas E. Flynn '65 experienced the harrowing events of Sept. 11, 2001, firsthand when he was trapped inside a parking garage next to the World Trade Center's South Tower. To mark the 20th anniversary of that terrorist act, Flynn released Bikeman: Commemorative Edition. The book was originally published in 2008.

Albany's newest city court judge

Ricja Rice '02 was recently sworn in as Albany's (N.Y.) newest city court judge to fill a vacancy created by a retirement. She is first vice president of the Black and Hispanic Bar Association and past president and current board member of the Women’s Bar Association. Rice is running for a full 10-year term in November.
