A group of Union students spent part of their winter break in New Hampshire covering the run up to the Republican presidential primary.
The nine students, along with Zoe Oxley, professor of political science, are part of the College’s first New Hampshire Presidential Primary mini-term. In addition to formal coursework, the group spent three weeks in and around Manchester, N.H., where they attended candidate events, volunteered with campaign organizations and met with political and civic leaders who play a role in the first-in-the-nation primary.
