Hristina Milojevic ’15 has been named a University
Innovation Fellow by the National Center for Engineering Pathways to Innovation (Epicenter), and a pinning ceremony led by Wendy Sternberg, dean of Academic Departments and Programs, to celebrate her tremendous success was held on Thursday.
A mechanical engineering major, Milojevic will be joining a network of 110 fellows from 78 schools nationwide in a program designed to empower engineering student leaders to take with them more entrepreneurial activity to their campuses.
Milojevic also attended the program’s annual meeting in Silicon Valley from March 20 to 22.
Funded by the National Science Foundation, the program is directed by both Stanford University and the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance.
Shane Cotter, associate professor of electrical and computer engineering, has supported Milojevic in creating new experiences for Union students. Learn more about Milojevic's work here.
