In conjunction with his "History of Jazz" course, Tim Olsen, professor of music and director of Union's Jazz Ensemble, is offering four livestreamed concerts.
The series begins on Monday, Sept. 28 at 1:50 p.m. with "The Great Songwriters" and continues every other Monday through Nov. 9.
Funded by an IEF grant, the series wouldn't be possible without the additional support of the First Reformed Church in the Stockade; Olsen and friends will be broadcasting audience-free from the church's newly built Covenant Hall, which has a dedicated livestream setup.
