Francesca Mesiti, director of Talent Acquisition in the Human Resources Office, joined Union in April. She is dedicated to helping people find their dream job and ensuring new employees have a great experience. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Ian, and their yellow lab, Luna. They love trying new restaurants and exploring new places.

FAVORITE SPOT ON CAMPUS:
The Nott Memorial. Sometimes when walking across campus I take a few minutes to stop and just stare at the building. The architecture and stained glass amaze me.
GO-TO BREAKFAST:
During the week, I keep things very simple and will have a smoothie or overnight oats. On weekends, I love to make brunch at home with Ian. Some of our favorite things are omelets with lots of veggies, French toast, and avocado toast and hard-boiled eggs.

When I was a baby I participated in beauty pageants. I don't remember it, but from the photos it looks like I was having fun.
