Residential Education

Welcome to Your Union Home Away From Home!

The Office of Residential Education & Housing (OREH) is responsible for campus living, housing operations, Greek Leadership, and Minerva Programs. We support the mission of the College and the division of Student Affairs by providing an inclusive living environment that fosters personal development, creates a sense of belonging, and cultivates opportunities for student learning that complement the academic curriculum.

About living on campus:

Union College is a residential college. All students are required to live on campus for their entire time at Union College, provided space is available.

Only a limited number of seniors are released each year to live off-campus. Students are discouraged from signing a lease with a landlord off campus until they are given explicit permission to live off campus.

Reporting Concerns

Reach out to your Community Advisor, CA on Duty, or Community Director with any concerns about your residential community.

Any concerns may be reported to the Office for Community Standards. If you experience harassment, xenophobia, or discrimination, you can also report to the Incident of Bias or Intolerance Form.
