In this brief documentary-style treatment, Cassandra recounts the long and dynamic history of Schenectady’s YWCA while surveying the list of many services the organization offers to local women.
The Community Media Action Lab is a project of Jim de Seve and his students in the CMAL film production class. Students produced videos for local non-profits as they spent the term learning about the organizations’ engagement in and services to the community. This video and others like it were screened at the GE Theater at Proctors in downtown Schenectady on March 3, 2014.
