Works by 10 senior studio fine arts majors and minors will be on view in the Crowell and West galleries. “Spaces Between Us” opens May 19, with a reception from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Leaders of the Union and Schenectady communities will gather on Monday, May 22, in O’Brien 117 at 4 p.m. for a panel discussion, “Town and Gown: the Relationship between Schenectady and Union College.”

The best-selling author, TEDx speaker and anti-racism facilitator, will present “Real Talk About Racism and Mental Health in America” on Thursday, May 18, at 4 p.m. in the Nott Memorial.

The college has organized a comprehensive lineup of campus activities to commemorate International Women's Day and Women's History Month.

The College’s Department of Music is sponsoring nine events between mid-May and June 1.

“Religion and the Harmony Business: After 9/11, More is Less,” is Monday, May 15, at 5 p.m. in the Nott Memorial. It is free and open to the public.

The production will be staged in the Yulman Theater May 17-19 at 7:30 p.m., May 20 at 2:30 p.m. and May 21 at 1 p.m.

Sami Steigmann, a Holocaust survivor from Czernowitz, in what is now Ukraine, will speak Monday, May 8, at 5 p.m. in Old Chapel.
