Jennifer Fredricks, professor of psychology, David Cotter, professor of sociology, and Denesha Lafontant '23 co-authored, "Paths Into and Out of STEM Fields: A Qualitative Study of Women and Students of Color at a Predominately White Institution". This paper was accepted to the Journal of Research in Science Teaching, and is based on findings from interviews conducted with Union College students.
