Visit the NIH FCOI Training Module webpage.

Watch all nine sections of the training.

To complete the quiz:

1. Select "Start Quiz" in the left side panel
2. Answer all nine questions
3. Select the "Finish Quiz" button
4. If you have passed, select the "Print Certificate" button
   1. If you have not passed, please re-take the quiz
5. Enter your name when prompted and select "OK"
6. Save your Certificate of Completion
7. Send a copy of your certificate to the Director of Sponsored Programs
