Diane is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist, and Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. She has had a successful private practice for more than 30 years. She is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology's Coordinated Program in Nutrition & Dietetics.
Diane's struggle with and recovery from an eating disorder led her to the field of dietetics. She specializes in adolescent and sports nutrition and the treatment of eating disorders.
Diane is an avid dancer and yoga practitioner who married and mothered competitive athletes, leading her to love of the magic of sports nutrition. She especially enjoys working with the college population, providing medical nutrition therapy for students with special nutritional needs, and nutrition therapy for students who strive to improve their health, performance, and life through nutrition while at Union and beyond.
