Sunsetting systems and tools

Systems supporting Finance, HR and Payroll functionality will be replaced with Workday. Hiring work study students will remain in Handshake, but data about student employees will be imported into Workday.

Our student system, Self Service, will remain to support students' academic activities (advising, registration, academic planning). Information about students will be synchronized with Workday.

Here is a synopsis of what is changing:

Replaces Finance Enterprise (FE)

Paystubs, direct deposit, tax forms, purchase orders, budget management, and grants

Replaces Page Up

Job requisitions, postings, search process, hiring, and onboarding

Replaces Kronos

Hourly staff and student worker time-tracking and time-away benefits

Replaces BenefitFocus

Enrollment, dependents, beneficiaries, and communications

Replaces Works

Expenses, p-cards, and credit cards

Time Tracking

Capability to record time in and time out using mobile app or direct timeslip entry
