Timeline

Union College has selected, and the Trustees have approved, Workday as the vendor to replace our ERP system. We have a signed contract, and work will begin immediately with the intent to Go Live on July 1, 2024.

• January 2023: Signed contract with Workday
• April 2023: Begin work with Accenture, Workday Implementation Partner
• May - June 2023: Readiness Phase (Business Process Alignment)
• July - August 2023: Plan Phase
• August 2023 - January 2024: Architect and Configure Phase
• February - May 2024: Test Phase
• May - June 2024: Deploy Phase
• July 2024: Go Live (Phase 1)
